Victimization Of Women Through Cyber Harassment In Indian Upbringing

ABSTRACT


This paper includes the victims of Cyber Crimes against a particular section of society, i.e., women and what are the cyber laws related to these crimes to prevent them and their implications. Cyber Crime against women falls under the IT (Information Technology) Act, 2000 and IPC (Indian Penal Code). It brings into lights the reasons and forms of Cyber Crime and explores some suggestions on how to curb Cyber Crime against women.
