Understanding White Collar Crimes

ABSTRACT


Nonviolent unlawful behaviours performed by individuals, businesses, and government organisations for financial or personal benefit are referred to as white collar crime. It has been more tied to territory finance activity. In our daily lives, we have come across articles regarding white collar crime in newspapers or other forms of media. White hands perform the majority of these tasks. When does extortion turn into a white-collar crime? Blackmailing must be committed by or indicate involvement by someone with a higher social rank in a profession in order to be classified a white collar crime. Here the research will look after about the out-coming effects happened due to these activities what problems arises due to this and how to minimize it.
