UCC And Its Validity Taking In Consideration Concept Of Succession And Inheritance Under Hindu And Muslim Personal Laws

ABSTRACT


This research articles broadly deals with the concept of succession and inheritance under Hindu and Muslim personal laws studies with regard to UCC. In this paper, author will Endeavour to demonstrate the contrast between the personal laws of the nation. To simply, the author will limit himself to Hindu and Muslim personal law, followed by a brief discussion on the viability of a UCC in the India. The former part of the article deals with the succession in Muslim Law. Authors tries to give you the broad idea about inheritance and succession under Muslim law. After that author tries to differentiate between sunni and shia laws. In the latter part authors tries to give you a broad idea about the succession in Hindu law and the concept of succession under Hindu law. Finally, authors relate Succession and Inheritance with UCC.
