INTRODUCTION
The trademark disputes occur in relation various products. This paper focuses on the trademark disputes in the footwear industry across the world. Also in this paper various cases have been analyzed.
Definition of trademark: According to the WIPO, trademark is a sign that distinguishes the goods and services of one enterprise from those of the other enterprises. They are protected as intellectual property rights.
