ABSTRACT

Trade secrets are becoming increasingly important in the 21st century, and the rampant exploitation of tribes and their secrets has resulted in a dearth of innovation. Trade secrets are also connected with traditional knowledge, making people aware of their rights related to trade secrets will result in a reduction of the exploitation of tribes by huge corporations.
