Div Kr. Singh, B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai

ABSTRACT

This research paper investigates the transformative effects of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) on corporate governance. Through a comprehensive review of recent literature, the study delineates key domains where AI and ML enhance governance practices. These technologies optimize decision-making processes, enable predictive analytics for risk management, and promote transparency through advanced data analysis. The paper introduces a novel conceptual framework rooted in the principles of ownership separation, control, and data ethics. It scrutinizes the governance of data, machine learning models, and AI systems, emphasizing the implications for corporate leadership and boardroom dynamics. The findings indicate that deep learning methodologies could enhance corporate performance and accountability, reshaping traditional governance models and upholding ethical standards in data usage and decision-making.
