ABSTRACT
This research paper investigates the transformative effects of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) on corporate governance. Through a comprehensive review of recent literature, the study delineates key domains where AI and ML enhance governance practices. These technologies optimize decision-making processes, enable predictive analytics for risk management, and promote transparency through advanced data analysis. The paper introduces a novel conceptual framework rooted in the principles of ownership separation, control, and data ethics.
