ABSTRACT

Workers' Participation in administration is a significant piece of human relations since it offers a huge potential for higher efficiency. The term interest has various implications for various purposes in various circumstances. McGregor are of the view that cooperation is perhaps the most misconstrued thought that has risen up out of the field of human relations. Keith Davis has characterised the expression "Participation "as the psychological and enthusiastic association of an individual in a gathering circumstance, which urges him to add to bunch objectives and offer obligations in them" when all is said in done terms, the object of labourers' support infers the psychological and passionate inclusion of a specialist in a gathering circumstance which urges him to add to aggregate objectives and offer duties in them. Work interest in the administration of the business gives some 'status' and a sensation of grandiosity to the representatives of the association. Such Participation or Cooperation prompts better mechanical relations. Labourers are urged to give their best to the association. Efficiency increases and a feeling of having a place with the business develops. Thus, for tranquil advancement of the economy on an equitable premise, it is fundamental that the specialists' interest in the administration ought to be perceived as a central rule.
