ABSTRACT

India's caste system is therefore the world's longest surviving social hierarchy. In recent days, modern education has been the challenging factor to rule the division of the economy. The main objective of this study is to critically analyze the effectiveness and impact of caste and religion discrimination. Though many educational institutions represent equality, the division of lower and upper caste still remains unchanged.The research method followed is descriptive research . The data was collected through a questionnaire and the sample size was 203. Convenience sampling method is adopted in the study to collect data. The samples were collected from the general public. The major finding from this research is that the Caste and religious talks are still initiated by the people in our society. Community and religious talks are just being often in recent days.
