ABSTRACT


The research paper critically evaluates the efficiency of the International Court of Justice within the global system, along with its involvement in resolving important issues in the Israel-Palestine conflict. This study emphasizes the ICJ's function and contribution in the international arena by reviewing the history of Israel-Palestine violence and the importance of its decisions on different occasions. The article assesses the ICJ's limitations and difficulties in further detail. It makes recommendations for possible changes to strengthen the ICJ's function, such as extending its purview, enhancing the way it is implemented, and encouraging more global responsibility and collaboration. A comprehensive international system as well as diplomatic and political initiatives are needed to resolve the situation.
