There are so many rights which are not expressly provided in the Constitution but are implicit and are essential to make a person’s life a dignified life. Supreme Court dives deep into the Constitution and brings out these Fundamental Rights through judicial interpretation. The transformational goal of the Constitution is the betterment of the individual’s life and the courts plays an important role in furthering this transformational goal by applying its judicial mind. One such revolutionary judgement is the case of K.S.
