Anjali Tripathi, B.A. LL.B (Hons.), Jindal Global Law School

ABSTRACT

It is important to consider lives that are often overlooked by even the government of our country. The aim of this paper is to review whether the few laws that are in favour of the LGBTQIA+ community are actually useful and being implemented well. On researching and interviewing queer individuals, it is discovered that much like other government guarantees for minority communities; these laws are not working well either.
