ABSTRACT

This paper critically examines the New Motor vehicle act and how it affects the people of India and their health. This paper also focuses on the fines proposed to be issued under the Law and how the new Law will be able to reduce the number of accidents involving cars. It also deals with safety issues in safety in online taxis and cabs. Punishment has been made worse in a case involving voluntary negligence. This paper critically hypothesis a new amendment to the vehicle act.
