The Internet, Business, Environment And Law: An Intersection Of These Three Areas For A Better World

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to analyse the economic growth vis-à-vis the environmental quality. While previously, research in academic scholarships has been delivered on environment and businesses, the author, herein, seeks to address it from the viewpoint of the internet”, given how the Covid-19 pandemic has taken all of us by a wave and changed our mindsets, with many resorting to fully online” businesses. This requires the entailment of a cogent legal and regulatory framework, to ensure that the goals of sustainable development are being adhered to. As such, this article shall attempt to delve into these concepts and warrant suggestions on the improvement of these frameworks, with commercial instincts suggestions
