Through analysis, the paper will underscore the parallels and distinctions among these methods, assessing their effectiveness in addressing family conflicts. Additionally, it will scrutinize current trends and identify potential areas for future research or enhancements within the realm of mediation for family law disputes. The effectiveness of mediation in family law disputes is analyzed.
