The Constitutionality Of The Places Of Worship Act

ABSTRACT

India is land of diverse Religion ,everyone belief in their own god so the many temples , Mosques , churches can be found here , by the continuous attack by the different kings , or by any other circumstances the places of worship of one religion was converted to other religion which created a disturbances to the faith in the minds of people so when this reached its highness The Places of Worship act was brought to control the people and restricted the power of judicial review in it, so this brought up the question of whether it is infringement of Basic structure of the Constitution that is Judicial Review, Secularism and Freedom of Religion. This paper tells that what is this act about and its background, how will this affect the constitution and by what way it can be resolved.
