ABSTRACT
Indeed, the Constitution may be regarded as the country's constitutional standard, serving as the basis for the creation and enforcement of all subsequent laws. We should both agree that the Constitution is the mother of all ensuing rules. Additionally, it establishes the structure, authority, and restrictions for any laws made by a country's legislative body. Drafting a constitution is one thing; amending one is quite another. Changes are implemented in response to changing circumstances, the public will, or popular vote. The research paper's whole study is qualitative in nature, and the writers make various comparisons in order to appreciate the present state of affairs. The research finishes by evaluating the amendment methods in two nations, India and the United States, and suggesting the most appropriate amendment approach in light of evolving societal expectations.
