Tackling Academic Dishonesty In India: An Overview Of Anti-Cheating Policies

ABSTRACT

This research paper examines the instances of paper leaks in India and their impact on the credibility of competitive exams. It argues that the existing anti-cheating laws are insufficient and proposes the need for new laws to address this issue. The paper also explores the challenges in implementing these laws and suggests possible solutions. Through a thorough analysis of relevant literature and case studies, this research provides a comprehensive understanding of the problem and offers practical recommendations to enhance the fairness and integrity of competitive exams in India.
