It’s one of the honor, gift, right and grant for any parent to have a child, but unfortunately due to infertility, no ovulation, blocked fallopian tubes, endometriosis, hysterectomy, suffering from life-threatening disorder and other medical risk associated with pregnancy will not allow the women to carry her own child, but that’s not the case anymore as a person wanting to be a parent can now be fulfilled by opting other alternative reproduction methods one of that is artificial insemination is for infertility, where the mother’s egg and father’s sperm is used, or with mother’s egg and donor sperm, egg and sperm of donor which is directly injected into the surrogate’s uterus in case the intending woman is incapable hence she can bear the child for the intending parents. Even through IVF with Intra- Cytoplasmic sperm injection can have baby or fertilize frozen embryos or fertilize with egg and sperm donor into the intending woman, IVF with surrogate can also be done by using parent’s egg and sperm or IVF with surrogate using her egg and sperm of the intending father, IVF with surrogate using egg and sperm of donors can be done. And many other ways are present to fulfill the wish of a person wanting to have child by satisfying the eligible criteria as per law and order with medical qualification. Meanwhile surrogacy has gained a vast attention for couples, singles, LGBT+ who want to have a child and India was easiest place available for indenting people who wanted a child and the surrogacy process involved was very convenient. When looked into the percentage rate of surrogacy in India, it is high compare to other alternative treatment, as it resolves the problem of infertility, carrying baby for who can’t and most importantly it is cheap than the other countries in the world. The perception on the surrogacy has changed in the recent times which are both in positive and negative aspects. Hence surrogacy is one stop solution.
