Simranjot Kaur & Ms. Ankit Paul Kaur

ABSTRACT

Covid-19's appearance has wreaked havoc on many aspects of human life, including education. It resulted in a unique educational test. Numerous institutions of higher learning have closed their doors throughout the world, and education and learning has shifted to the internet. Internationalization has slowed significantly. Rural residents continue to be chronically neglected by technology, weakening the goal of online learning. By allowing academic institutions to react to the problem, the Covid-19 outbreak educated the entire population that needed to breed inventiveness. In India, “about 32 crore learners were forbidden to move to other schools or universities, and all educational programs were suspended”. Given the challenges, HEIs have responded admirably, assuring the continuance of academic, scientific, and social contributions with some success. The main consequences of Covid-19 on HEIs in India are the subject of this essay. The article discusses a few of the efforts taken by India's higher education institutions and educational establishments to provide seamless education opportunities amid difficult times. As a consequence of the Covid-19 outbreak, many new types of learning, perspectives, and trends have emerged, and this trend may continue as we go forward towards a brighter future. As an outcome, some few post- Covid-19 advancements are discussed, as well as recommendations for implementing instructional programs throughout a pandemic.
