This article emphasizes the importance of Intellectual Property rights vested with an artist. This paper exaggerates concisely the major legal rights vested deeply in an artist. The paper also elucidates the important case laws in identifying the unique quality and recognition of the artists briefly. This field of Intellectual Property endorses the talents, ability, versatility and Prodigies of the earth to shine with their Potential for the welfare of the Society.

Introduction

Intellectual Property is the Creative work of the human intellect and its protection promotes the creators interest. Nations have given statutory expression to the economic rights of creators in their creations and to the rights of creators in their creations and to the rights of the public in accessing those creations. These legal rights confer an exclusive right on the inventor/ manufacturer or its operator who makes full use of its his invention/ product for a limited period of time.
