ABSTRACT
In this context, the term "child" refers to a person who is between infancy and youth, regardless of gender. They are among nature's most innocent and lovely creatures. Tomorrow's child will be a man. A child is an invaluable gift to every society and is undeniably crucial to the development of the nation. Children have access to several rights, including, among others, the right to health, the right to education, the right to life, the right to protection, the right to identification, etc. Despite the existence of several legal protections, it is impossible to overstate the vulnerability of Indian children in various respects. There have been numerous incidents of child exploitation, including child marriage, child prostitution, child pornography, child violence, undernutrition, verbal abuse, and child labour, which indirectly exposes our society's own inability to safeguard the next generation.”
The research paper is written using the analogical method as it relies on secondary sources, respected journals & organizations, to obtain material and refine it into precise knowledge. The aim of this research paper is to critically evaluate child rights and how their violation can be prevented and to provide the needed directions about their responsibilities to guarantee the rights of the child. In this paper, I also propose relevant concepts and approaches for children’s rights and identify research challenges that must be addressed by comprehensive solutions.”
