Fostering a complete viewpoint necessitates a thorough understanding of the evolution of safe abortion legislation throughout history, as well as an understanding of the contemporary legal climate, healthcare accessibility, and societal attitudes. This paper aims to contribute to the discussion on safe abortion rights by emphasising the need for legislation that prioritises women's health, ensuring safe and accessible abortion services, and creating a welcoming social environment for women to exercise their reproductive choices with confidence through thorough research and analysis with data by World Health Organisation.
