Russian Invasion In Ukraine (2022): Rights Infringed By The Countries

ABSTRACT

Rights, every individual has been empowered with his own rights, nationally or internationally, as it has been recognized by the United Nation as well as other international charters or bodies, this paper focuses on the rights infringed by the Russian and Ukraine country during the invasion done by Ukraine on 2022, which is still on, the paper focuses on what rights and how those rights are being infringed and whom to blame for the same. Also, it explores the rights which had been infringed internationally, and gives a wider scope to understand the necessity to know so that other countries should learn have an understanding for the same, my paper look into the matter in dept and states that how these invasion is not for public benefit rather for personal benefit and to understand the dept of invasion which leads to destruction of human kind and bring only remorse later.
