ABSTRACT

We only consider gender equality when it comes to women. We don't often read about violence against men or equality for men. It is unusual in society. It's not surprising, but most men refuse to talk about it. This article examines India's outdated laws and informs us about some gender-based laws that exacerbate the situation. It also focuses on how Indian legal system denies men's communities access to justice. In simple language, this article discusses inequality against males.
