Role Of Cyber Law In Cyber Security In India

ABSTRACT

India is one of the fastest growing economy of this world and technology has a major role in the same. Today the internet has become one of the integral parts of our daily life. It is affecting most of the aspects of our daily life. Cyber space connects us virtually to Billions of online users around the world.

As India’s internet base continues to growth (with projections of more than 900crore Internet users by 2025) cyber threats are also increasing alarmingly. with the advancement of digital technology the sophistication of cyber crimes is also increasing. In the scenario, it is imperative that India takes a closer look at the vulnerabilities that exist in its cyberspace and addresses them holistically through a more comprehensive cyber-security policy.
