ABSTRACT
This article is a means of communication for the designated author to highlight the Androphobic nature [fear of men] of the Indian Penal Code in particular sections. Gender Equality is a widely-advertised subject defined to be the empowerment of women in society to the limited extent of impartiality, parity-based civil rights and equal opportunities. The law has been honed and toned in this matter towards women in the Indian Penal Code in the hope of justice[Section 375]. However, the readers of this article will find that Justice holds no allegiance and it is a matter to be resolved in three separate entities: The Law, The Society and the Indian Spirit. This is evident by citations, references, comments and discussions probed by the author. The author hopes to spark a conversation that will curb the legalities into the path of Gender-Neutral Justice. This journal-based entry is a means of finding a solution through commentary using the Fundamental Right that ensures Freedom of Speech and Expression.
