So, while the world post many things online, it may not be desired by many that it made available at all times. Thus, it slowly led to the development of the concept of right to be forgotten. This right has seen the light of the day in many other countries but in India, it is still under wraps. There are no concrete laws as such which contribute immensely in the development of this right. Yet through various judicial decisions, the Right to be Forgotten has someone gained some kind of presence in today’s day and age, but without proper legislation or any precedent, whether this right would be beneficial one or not only time can answer.
