ABSTRACT

The Employees States Insurance Act of 1948 is legislation that aims to provide comprehensive benefits to employees and their dependents. This project will deal with the Benefits provided to the employees under the Employees States Insurance Act of 1948. This Act also protects the rights and benefits of the employees, which we will be discussing. We will see the eligibility criteria of the eligible employees to claim the benefits under the Employees State Insurance Act 1948.
