Prevention Of Cyber Pornography And Legislative Approach In India

ABSTRACT


In the era of globalization there is so much dependency on the online platforms so the huge amount of information is available on the various online platforms so it is so much prone to the cyber threats. This research paper throws light on the offence like cyber pornography and how to prevent it along with the provisions which are included in the Indian statutes it order to prevent cyber pornography. Along with the cyber pornography this paper also highlighted the aspect of relationship between morality and cyber pornography and this paper also discusses child pornography along with the various provisions of the Indian statutes in order to prevent cyber pornography and child pornography and at last this paper discusses about few recommendations and suggestions which help us to prevent the offences like cyber pornography.
