INTRODUCTION

There is no more sacred then than the one the world holds with children. There is no duty more important than ensuring that their rights are respected, and their welfare protected, that their lives are free from fear and want and that they grew up in peace.”

- KOFI A. ANNAN

A child is always born innocent and because of its tender nature it must be protected with attention, and then he will become a very good person with strong mental, moral and spiritual capabilities. And if that children are treated very badly and deprived of his basic needs, kept in bad company and between abusive persons then there are very strong possibility of becoming this child a delinquent2. We say that children are the most important gift and asset a country can have because they are the work force of tomorrow and they are the most important social and economic assets of the country also then we must take of children and we need to focus and give them our maximum attention. It all depends on how well we treat our children.
