Abstract


The judiciary of the country usually passes an order or judgement which makes the whole country to wonder whether we should seek justice from legal system or not and if not then from whom. This research paper focuses on such judgements and what was a result of it on society and what could be the possible reason to passing of such arbitrary judgement and the question in this paper arises is that of why is the judiciary of the country with such an elaborative constitution failing to stand to its expectation.
