ABSTRACT

The paper explores the intersection between women’s rights and the rule of law, examining the crucial role that legal frameworks and institutions play in promoting gender equality. It aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the various paths through which women’s rights can be advanced and protected within the framework of the rule of law. The paper examines key legal principles, landmark cases, and international frameworks that have contributed to the advancement of women’s rights. It also analyses the challenges and obstacles faced in achieving gender equality and suggests potential strategies and recommendations to overcome them.
