ABSTRACT
The paper is a book review of “Paal Arasiyal” [Milk Politics] a Tamil language work of research that extensively analyses health and social impacts of milk and its allied industries in the development of the worldwide market economy. The review indulges itself with various legal aspects by analysing the premise of the book with regulations, statutes and constitutional principles.
