One Step Towards Legalizing The Prostitution Rights

Sutariya Maitri, B.B.A. L.L.B. (Hons.), Symbiosis Law School

ABSTRACT:

In a recent article, I compare and contrast the prostitution condition in many partsof the nation where people do not have the same rights as other individuals. This word, prostitution, and their occupation are stigmatized by society. The purpose of the entire article is to normalize the profession and make it like other vocations in developed nations by making it legal. The world is constantly modernizing, and if countrieswithout properly drafted constitutions can make it legal, why can't we? The attitude of people words towards prostitute women needs to change because this will only make the country more developed and prosperous.
