Abstract


The present paper deal with the ambiguity of The Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (Prevention and Control) Act, 2017, it also represents the necessary changes regarding self-disclosure of the person infected with HIV/AIDs. Further, it points out the consequence of non-disclosure to either to the temporary partner or fiduciary partner. It also deals with the complications in implementing the law for criminalization of person spreading HIV/AIDs.
