ABSTRACT
This paper discusses European Monetary System and Euro in order to the trace the evolution of European Union since its inception, find the role of ECB during 2007-2008 financial depression or financial, explore the area of ECB as the Brexit is in process, understand the Euro downfall and mismanaged EU for the same and give suggestions on the role of ECB and the learnings of RBI. While going through the said objectives it can be said that the EMS has certain perils regardless the various advantages it offers. The individuals and non-individuals are of valued if the Community is successful in achieving their objective to create financial soundness in EU. All purposes regarding inflation would be resolved if the EMS can be of help to recapture all the currency exchange process. Regardless the cautions the EMS will end up expanding its scale on worldwide currency swap unless there is intermingling and a joint dollar strategy can be solved. In the event the expanding plan for broadening prospects works in strengthening the weak capital streams then, the standard conversion process will be significantly more aggressive. Besides, the EMS risks placing an inflationary predisposition into EC strategy and execution, dissolving the IMF's and SDR's standing and imperilling future SDR allotments. These dangers ought not be exaggerated: while they are conceivable, they are a long way from distinct, and much will rely upon the individuals' mentalities and activities, which are hard to expect ahead of time. They ought not, notwithstanding, be neglected. For non-individuals, reasonable alert rather than negligent confidence seems, by all accounts, to be the best game-plan.
