Navigating I.T. Law In Shaping And Securing The E- Start-Up Culture Of India

ABSTRACT


The start-up culture of India is rapidly increasing. The start-ups are merely grown online as it provides ease of doing business and also cost effective as per the need of India. Doing online business make some compliance to be followed by these start-ups. One of these compliances is to comply with the IT act and other digital act of India. This research paper aims to explore how the Indian IT laws help these start-ups to shape and grow by providing security to them. The research methodology adopted is purely analytical and doctrinal based. The initial segment of this research paper deals with the rule and regulation followed by these start-ups as per the Indian IT Laws. Second segment of the paper deals with how these laws provide security to these start-ups. Third segment of the paper describes the challenges faced by these start-ups to comply with these laws and solution that can solve these problems. The concluding segment outlines a forward-looking approach to addressing IT Laws and amendment needed in it.
