ABSTRACT:

This paper discusses the patent laws in India how far it is promoting inventions in terms of their laws and regulations and how basic human rights evolve around and furthermore, this paper discusses what is medical patents and how it is implemented in India Medical patents can be used to protect a wide range of inventions, including medicines, medical devices, medical procedures, and medical software, by medical formulators and entrepreneurs. Medical patents serve the important aim of developing medical inventions by providing a competitive advantage to medical formulators.
