ABSTRACT


This research study conducts a comprehensive assessment of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods and their influence on the expediency of justice delivery. The caseload managed by conventional judicial systems is excessive, prompting the rise of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) as a feasible alternative. Alternative Dispute Resolution methods including conciliation, arbitration, and mediation. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of these strategies in reducing resolution time while ensuring fairness and accessibility. The paper examines the integration of alternative dispute resolution methods into current legal frameworks, evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of different practices through case studies and empirical analysis. The results suggest that augmenting the utilisation of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) could significantly enhance the responsiveness of the justice system, leading to greater equity and efficiency.
