ABSTRACT

This research paper is based on one of the works of the most loved entertainment franchise, be it a person from generation X,Z or the millennials, everyone's a fan and a kid by heart for Marvel.

WandaVision is a series which starts the chaotic yet fun phase four of Marvel Cinematic universe. We are thrown right into a Dick Van Dyke-style sitcom about Wanda Maximoff and her husband Vision from the settings of early 1960s, now the twist here is this isn’t a dream and couldn’t be a reality as Vision died fighting for all, a long time ago but still unable to bear the pain, Wanda had unknowing (at first) created a hex and trapped common day- day people of Westview in that hex (alternative reality )( the hex was in a setting of a sitcom styled show, but in reality ), but then refused to let them free when she was aware of what she had done, as it satisfied her hopes of wanting a normal life which contributed to building a case of false imprisonment of a whole town filled people of WestView, against her.

Keywords: Marvel, WandaVison, Wanda Maximoff, Westview, Tort, Law, False imprisonment.
