Liability For Nuclear Accidents and Damage: A Legal Analysis

Abstract

This paper examines the liability for the nuclear accidents and the damages caused, through several international and Indian Legal regime, emphasising on the three major catastrophic nuclear accidents the world has experienced followed by suggestions and conclusion.
