ABSTRACT


This paper explores the global landscape of LGBTQ+ rights, analyzing the legal recognition and protections afforded to LGBTQ+ people across different jurisdiction. It examines International Human rights laws, regional frameworks, and national legislations, featuring key achievements and difficulties. Through a similar investigation of moderate and regressive nations, the paper distinguishes best practices and constant boundaries. The research additionally considers the socio-cultural effect of legal recognition and the role of advocacy in progressing LGBTQ+ rights. This study intends to provide a understanding comprehension of the present status of LGBTQ+ rights and propose strategy proposals for future advancement.
