ABSTRACT

India has been facing a lot of problem in various online business transaction like the online sales or shopping online through internet, thus this paper variedly analyses or concentrates mainly on the protection of consumers over online sales. The paper tries to seek answer to whether India needs strict laws to protect its consumer on online Business Transactions. It will also explore the impact of technologies upon legal action and impact of legal action upon technologies.
