Legal Implications Of Artificial Intelligence In Business World: Addressing Ethical And Regulatory Concerns In India And USA

Aadya Dang, Amity Law School

1. Introduction

Artificial Intelligence commonly known as AI is what we can call as a man-made wonder. Around ten or just five years ago nobody could have even thought that something as complex as AI would become our day to day reality. Today, all of us highly rely on AI for the most basic things. Technology and its revolution in itself has proved to be both a bane and a boon. AI now is just a smarter rendition if this technological revolution we talk about. No aspect of our life is spared from AI nowadays. From the most basic to the most difficult task, AI is gradually becoming capable of it all. “But that is beneficial for us” one might argue. Let’s not forget, every coin has two sides and AI is no exception. It cannot be denied that it brings tremendous helpful advances in the picture but it also brings with it major complications for all of us.

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into business operations has ushered in a new era of efficiency and innovation. As companies use AI technology to streamline processes, improve decision-making, and optimize performance, there are complex legal implications that require careful consideration. This paper explores the complex area of the legal implications of AI in business, with an emphasis on addressing ethical and regulatory concerns.
