The absence of experience from physical shopping caused catalysation of online second-hand business operated by fashion-forward millennials during the lockdown. As a result of the culture that has become of work-from-home as an after-effect of Covid-19 Pandemic, online shopping has served as a method of business technology to provide a universal platform for personalised shopping. One such area of growth in E-commerce is of small- scale businesses featured on Instagram i.e., ‘Thrifting’. With commercial disputes on the rise as small business shopping becomes common, there is a need to look into legal frameworks governing these structures operated solely on the internet in combatting online financial fraud onslaught.
