Introduction
With the passage of time human being started to live in caves and from caves they developed the fire and from fire age to development of weapons and from weapons of stone to river bed side where people use to live together. When human being settled at the rive side they used to live in a group and thereby cultivating the land for their livelihood. It is believed that the earliest civilization age has begun from 4000 to 3000 BCE (Before Common Era/ Before Christ Era). With the development of human being and when people started to live in a society where the agriculture and trade system developed. Wen people used to settle in societal form they always took care of each other from wild animals and from external threats of other human being. with this system there used to follow some basic/common rule that is I will protect you and your agricultural products and you will protect mine. Hence from this time we can say that the development of society came into existence and each society was known by a distinctive name with a distinctive rule to be followed by that particular society which in today’s generation we call it as custom, where at one time it was a usage.
