ABSTRACT


Discrimination based on religious and traditional practices remains a persistent societal issue that requires appropriate measures to ensure equality and justice for all individuals. This abstract provides an overview of judicial intervention in addressing discrimination stemming from religious and traditional practices. It explores the role of courts in upholding constitutional values, safeguarding fundamental rights, and promoting social cohesion.
