Judicial Approach Towards Protection Of Children In India

ABSTRACT

Children are the precious resources of manhood. They must be slick up from a young age. They take over from elders, the tasks of developing, maintaining and communicating progress and facts and features of development, values, humanity, behaviour, social, moral and customs of a society. Children are the main backbone of human society. Thus, the welfare and protection of children are the extreme need not only for the children but also for a better and well-developed society. Indian Judiciary plays an important role in the protection of the rights of children by providing various laws in order to protect their rights. In the modern era judicial activism plays an important tool in the protection of the rights of children including protection from child abuse, trafficking and sexual exploitation etc and the cases which were dealt with by the Indian judiciary for the protection of child rights.

The main aim of the present research paper is to discuss the various case laws regarding the Indian Judiciary like Apex Court formulating & discussing the different laws, policies regarding Children in views of Different case laws.
