Is India A Federation?

ABSTRACT

The article analysis the different aspects of the government structure of our Country. It begins with discussing the meanings of federation, confederation, and federal state so that clarity is obtained as to our structure. Then it moves on to discuss the different aspects of our Constitution and government, analysing them and comparing them with a federation and a federal structure. It ends with an analysis with different countries and reaching a conclusion about the federal structure.
