ABSTRACT


This research paper “Ipr Waivers : An Analysis With Respect To Covid 19 Vaccines”, discusses the aspects of patent waiver in this time of pandemic with respect to TRIPS agreement and Indian Patent Act, 1970. We are going to touch the views of nations on the recent demand of patent waiver for Covid-19 vaccines and what is the advantage and disadvantage of granting such waiver. This paper also discusses how India has helped other countries by providing patent waivers in this time of pandemic.
